The Serbian Biogas Association has the pleasure to invite its members, partners, and all organizations, companies, and individuals who follow or are interested in the development of the bioenergy sector in Serbia to its traditional annual conference, which we are organizing in cooperation with our long-standing partners, Fachverband Biogas e.V.
The conference will take place on 19 March 2026 at Hotel Metropol Palace in Belgrade.
Over the years, this conference has established itself as the central annual gathering of the bioenergy sector in Serbia, serving as a meeting point for relevant institutions, companies, investors, and experts, as well as a platform for the exchange of experience, discussion of key challenges, and consideration of future development pathways for the sector.
This year’s conference will be highly practical and market-oriented, with a focus on:
- concrete business opportunities
- investment models
- first operational steps in the development of the bioenergy sector, with a special emphasis on biomethane and digestate
The conference brings together leading experts from Serbia and across Europe, including representatives of industry, investors, international organizations, and professional associations from countries with developed biogas and biomethane markets. The objective of the conference is to exchange practical experience, assess realistic market perspectives, and connect stakeholders in support of the further development of the bioenergy sector in Serbia.
The conference is intended both for long-standing participants and partners of the Serbian Biogas Association, as well as for new colleagues who wish to become more familiar with the sector, its potential, and concrete business opportunities.
