We had the great pleasure of participating in the Eco Forum in Zlatibor, where we were represented by Prof. Dr. Đorđe Đatkov, a member of the Board of Directors of the Serbian Biogas Association. The forum was organized by the Association “I drive electric”, while the Association of Oil Companies of Serbia organized a panel on the role of alternative fuels in the energy transition in transportation, where our colleague Prof. Đatkov presented.

As an invited speaker and representative of the Serbian Biogas Association, Professor Đatkov provided a detailed presentation on the possibilities of biogas production and the effects of its use. He specifically focused on the reduction of CO2 emissions and the experiences of other countries in utilizing this renewable resource, which will soon be intensively used in our country in the near future.
Given the significant speakers and topics covered, the Forum was highly attended and of great importance. Our participation was highly noticed, showcasing the right path for the sector to promote the use of biogas.
