We are planning to create an “Investor Guide” to be developed by the Biogas Association, with the assistance of the Rural Development Sector of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, and with the support of our partners from the German Biogas Association, Fachverband Biogas e.V.

The guide is designed to help new investors, and will contain all the necessary advice, steps and guidelines that an investor needs. The guide will be based on the experiences of the Serbian Biogas Association members who already have facilities in operation, and will point out mistakes and possible steps that should be taken to prevent them. In addition to practical advice on how much raw material is required to operate a plant, how to choose the right technology, and advice on the process of plant construction and management, the guide will also provide guidelines for proper access to self-analysis, as well as examples of operation of power plants of various capacities.
