The Faculty of Technical Sciences of Novi Sad is taking part in a UNDP project: Sustainable Energy Solutions for Rural Livelihoods in DPRK. In addition to Serbian experts, the project brings together experts from Germany, Slovakia, Croatia and other countries.

Within the scope of the project, ten experts from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea visited Serbia to learn about our experience in the areas of energy efficiency, use of renewable energy sources and decentralized electricity production, primarily in rural areas.

In cooperation with the Faculty of Technical Sciences, the SBA organized a study visit to a biogas plant in Alibunar, namely to Biogas Energy d.o.o.

During the visit experts were briefed about energy technologies, operation parameters, operation schedules, maintenance, applicable energy efficiency measures and other issues.
