Based on the decision of the Board of Directors of the Serbia Biogas Association, and in accordance with the Statute of the Association, a session of the Assembly of the Serbia Biogas Association was held on March 25, 2022. year starting at 13.00. At the session of the Assembly attended by members of the Serbian Biogas  Association, chaired by Mr. Saša Vitošević, the following Decisions were made:

 

01. Decision on the election of the Chairman of the Assembly

02. Decision on the adoption of the Work Report for 2021

03. Decision on the adoption of the Financial Report of the Serbian Biogas Association for 2021.

04. Decision on the adoption of the Work Program of the Serbian Biogas Association for 2022.

05. Decision on amendments to the Statute of the Association

06. Decision on the adoption of the proposal of the new Board of Directors

 

The Chairman of the Assembly, Mr. Sasa Vitošević also convened the first session of the Board of Directors of the Serbia Biogas Association, in the new convocation of the Board, at which the following decision was made:

 

01. Decision on the appointment of the President of the Biogas Serbia Association

 

At the session of the Board, for the function of the President of the Association, Mr. was unanimously elected. Danko Vuković, will perform this function for a term of four years.
